Casa Del Puerto Hotel - Puerto Morelos

All in all everything was brand-new, had a really great stay with his suggestions and readiness. The personnel was lovely and really kind, and the host too. The room was airy & bright, came with big balcony, nice views, a nice balcony. The hotel had great and lovely location close to Cancun for the beaches as well as the sea. Also, Snorkeling Adventure was 2 km away. We thoroughly enjoyed this staying.

Greatly enjoyed a nice size and well-equipped king suite with a balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

I liked tasty food.

It was just a solid selection for a couple of nights in Puerto Morelos at a reasonable price. The large balcony with its own lounge chair and hammock made for a great spot to relax. Make sure to have detailed directions to find the place easier.

Actually everything was brand-new, my next choice again in Puerto Morelos. The staff was welcoming and pleasant, offered helpful services. Location: the hotel was not far from downtown Puerto Morelos restaurants, local cafe with breakfast and the center of Puerto Morelos. A beachfront restaurant for comp breakfast was an advantage.

I gave it a shot

Although finding the entrance was tricky, the beautiful ocean view and spacious balcony made it worthwhile. The breakfast was decent, with eggs and meat, but the pool could use better maintenance. The food selection was limited, yet I found potential in this hidden gem.

View of the ocean. The overall experience was relaxing, although the path leading to the hotel was bumpy and difficult to navigate at night. Still, the attentive staff was good.

The king suite we stayed in was quite spacious and provided a nice view. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Marco from the restaurant.

I recently stayed here and was blown away by the delicious food, especially the fresh guacamole and the combined flavors of the grilled seafood! The stunning ocean view from my room was absolutely refreshing, a perfect way to relax. Plus, the included breakfast was delightful and set a perfect tone for my day.

I am outraged by the state of the hotel! The beach was disgusting. It was entirely covered with rotting seaweed and trash. The room wasn't what we booked, and the lack of basic amenities.

We enjoyed our time exploring the Puerto Morelos Reef. The snorkeling was fantastic! Staying in a spacious King Suite with a beautiful sea view made it even better. The kids had a blast playing in the pool, and my colleagues loved the laid-back vibe of the hotel.
